You can return any item purchased from Luxury Spas USA within 30 days of receipt if the item is brand new and uninstalled. The item should be in its new and original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at our warehouse. 

Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.

The customer must pay all costs related to the original shipping and return shipping charges even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%.

Please open and inspect all items once they arrive. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any broken or defective items. If you receive a broken or defective product please contact us at 1.866.220.7405. Defective or broken items will be replaced or repaired at no charge once we receive notification of the defect or damage. After 30 days, any broken or defective items will be covered under our standard warranty policy which can be found under our Terms and Conditions. 

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet.  Most orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped out , you will be charged the for the original and return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees imposed by the trucking company.

 All orders that are canceled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.

Credit card payments are charged at the time of purchase regardless of the delivery date.

Applicable sales tax will be charged on the total invoice amount for all orders delivered to VA. There will be no sales tax on charged on shipments delivered outside of VA.

Duties and taxes must be collected on all shipments being delivered to Canada. Duties and taxes are collected separately by a third party customs broker. If you do not choose your own broker, luxury.com will select one for you. Luxury Spas USA can provide you an estimate of the duties and taxes prior to purchase upon request.
